Introduction: In this series, we have seen God’s heart for the lost, learned about the importance of relationships, learned how to share our spiritual stories, and now we will cap it off by learning how to share the gospel.
Preparation To Share Our Faith-An Effective Witness Has:
1. A Surrendered Will
2. A Prepared Mind
3. A Tactful Manner (Colossians 4:5-6)
4. A Pure Life
Questions To Lead Into Sharing The Gospel
1. What are your spiritual beliefs?
2. Who is Jesus to you?
3. Have you come to a point in your life where you are certain that you have eternal life and will go to heaven when you die?
4. How do you believe that a person becomes a Christian?
5. Are you a Christian or are you still in process?
6. If you were standing before God and He asked you, “Why should I let you into my heaven?” “What would you say?”
Sample Gospel Presentation
There are different approaches that you can take to sharing the gospel. The most important thing is accurately and clearly explaining what the Scripture teaches about Jesus and salvation. For our purposes this weekend, I have enclosed a flyer produced by Jeff Harvel for us to walk through as a tool in learning how to share the gospel.
